Mausoleums
Along the lateral walls of the Chancel, or Sanctuary, there are the mausoleums erected in memory of Manin Count (who contributed some 6000 ducats for the renovation of the church promoted by the Dolfin patriarchs) containing allegorical statues by Giuseppe Torretti and Antonio Corradini and alongside other artists of the Venetian school. These artists also sculpted the torch-bearing angels on either side of the altar, as well as the wooden Choir stalls, reserved for ecclesiastical dignitaries on the left and civil dignitaries on the right. The stalls were sculpted with opera scenes by Andrea Brustolon, assisted with Matteo Calderoni and Francesco Picchi for the decorative motifs.
